Your subscription and billing
The free trial
A new subscription starts with 7 days free. Your card is taken when you sign up, and nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel before then and you won't be charged.
Update your card, see invoices, or cancel
Sign in at app.drilldownsports.com, open Subscription, and choose Manage billing. Stripe's secure billing page opens, where you can update your card, download invoices and receipts, update your billing details, or cancel.
When you cancel, your plan keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for. After that your teams stay readable, but nothing new can be saved, until you subscribe again.
Change your plan
On the Subscription page, choose a plan, monthly or annual. Moving up charges the difference for the rest of your billing period; moving down, or putting your plan away for the off season, leaves the rest as credit on your next bill.
A payment failed
Your plan keeps working while Stripe tries your card again over the next couple of weeks. Update your card under Manage billing to keep everything running.
Promo codes
Enter a promo code when you sign up, or add it on the Subscription page. A code from a link is filled in for you.
A charge you don't recognize
Drilldown charges show on your card statement with DRILLDOWN in the name. If you think you were charged by mistake, write to [email protected] and we'll look into it. See our terms for cancelling and refunds.
Signing in
- Forgot your password? On the sign-in page, choose Forgotten your password? and we'll email you a link.
- Invited to a team? Use the link in your invitation email. Players, parents and other team members use Drilldown free.
- Creating an account? New accounts are created on the website, at app.drilldownsports.com.
The iPhone app
Sign in on the Drilldown app with the same username and password you use on the website. The app shows your plan, but plans are changed and paid for on the website.
Your information
You can delete your account yourself on the Account page in Drilldown. To see, correct or delete information about a player, ask their coach or write to us. See our privacy policy.
